• Monday to Friday: 09:00 ~ 18:00 (Lunch Break: 12:00 ~ 13:00)
• Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
• All days are counted based on business days.
• Full refund available if Green-Trip is notified by 11:00 AM, 3 business days prior to the tour.
• Cancellations from 1:00 PM, 3 business days prior until the day of the tour, as well as same-day cancellations or no-shows, are non-refundable, including the deposit.
• For cancellations due to personal reasons, refunds may take up to 2 weeks after the tour.
